A Community Worship Service of:
HOPE & PROMISE
This holiday season, come together for a special service dedicated to reflection, healing, and uplifting. In a time that can feel heavy, we will honor our feelings while embracing the hope and promise of new beginnings.
Highlights Include:
- Candle Lighting Ceremony: Acknowledge our emotions and journey toward healing.
- Uplifting Music: Enjoy inspiring hymns & songs performed by our Organist, Pianist and Special Guest Musician
- Scripture Readings: Engage with powerful passages that remind us of God’s enduring hope and presence.
- Sacred Communion: Share in a meal symbolizing unity and the nourishment of God’s promises.
As Barbara Brown Taylor beautifully expresses in her book Learning to Walk in the Dark, “The only way to make sense of the dark is to embrace it.” This service invites us to embrace the darkness we sometimes feel during the holiday season, recognizing that even in our struggles, there is a path toward light and hope.
Join us as we gather to find peace, strength,
and inspiration in the light of Christ. All are welcome!
